We endeavor to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed Friday afternoon through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipping charges are calculated based on the speed of the shipping option you chose, plus the weight of the items. Our shopping cart software requires we estimate shipping costs based on the total amount of your order. In some cases, this means we overestimate shipping charges. Here is how we charge accurate fees for shipping:

• When you place your order online, your credit card is 'authorized' (not charged, only authorized) for the price of your order plus estimated shipping.
• We pack your box and determine actual shipping costs.
• We charge your card for your investment in your products, plus accurate shipping charges.
  
• The actual charge on your credit card is often equal to or lower than your initial authorization. We will not charge your card for more than the authorized amount without contacting you first!

USA Orders:
Please provide a physical street address so we can send your order via USPS or FedEx.  FedEx does not deliver to PO Boxes. We currently ship only in the USA.

Recycled Packaging:
In keeping with our mission to beautify and honor our planet, we reuse boxes and packing materials that come into our store. We use 100% natural, corn-based, biodegradable "packing peanuts" (or recycled styro peanuts) and recycled paper and bubble wrap to help protect your order during shipping.
