Phase I is designed to introduce higher quality water into your body, creating the the ideal medium for healing, cleansing, and rejuvenating your body on all levels. 

This daily protocol dramatically increases hydration and nutrient transport into your cells using vortexed, magnetically energized water, infused with Essence of Life Monatomic Minerals, and a blessing from your heart.  With the simple addition of Living Water, Monatomic Minerals, and prayer, many people notice a significant increase in energy, vitality, mental clarity, and youthfulness, along with healthier, more radiant skin and hair.

Purchase the following items in our Phase I Package:

Purchase the following items at your local Health Food store:
  • 1 or 2 Voss Artesian Glass Water Bottles (28.7oz - for drinking your structured water throughout your day.)
  • 2 Large "Smart Water" Bottles (1.5 Liter)
***Smart brand bottles have the best structure, shape, and size for creating your vortex. Once the caps have been removed, also remove the plastic "O" ring safety seals before attaching the vortex magnetic energizer. Most of the glass bottles we've tried have either leaked or broken in the magnetic vortexing unit! When we find glass bottles that are strong enough for vortexing, we will notify you!***


Step 1:  Vortex Essence of Life Minerals into Your Water

  • First thing each morning, fill one of your smart water bottles 90% full with purified water (leave a little room at the top of the bottle for vortexing!). 
  • Add 1 Tbsp. Essence of Life Minerals into your bottle.
  • Screw your Vortex Magnetic Energizer snugly onto your filled bottle, then screw your empty 1.5 liter bottle to the other end of your Vortex Magnetic Energizer.  With the unit standing vertically, spin the top of your two bottles to your right to create a clockwise vortex.  Continue spinning until your vortex is flowing in the top bottle (5-6 rotations). Make sure the bottles are secured tightly to the magnetic coupling.

Step 2:  Infuse Your Water with Your Love and Gratitude

  • As your water is vortexing, hold the top bottle with your left hand and the bottom bottle with your right hand... breath deeply.... connect, feel, and receive the healing properties of your living vortex!  
  • Speak your heart~felt prayer silently or aloud into your water, blessing it with your love and gratitude : )
  • Once your water has completely vortexed through, flip your vortexing unit over and repeat this action 3 more times, remembering to bless your water each time.  Center yourself, breathe, and connect with your Divine~Essence radiating into your water!
This process is sacred!  Arise each morning from bed with a blessing for your cleansing and rejuvenation.  You are imprinting your unique frequency and prayer into your water while becoming fully present and consciously engaging in a holy rhythm every morning.  We encourage you to honor your water as a sacred and alive!

***You may also repeat this sacred water ceremony many times for revitalizing larger quantities of water for family, friends, and traveling for extended periods of time.


Step 3:  Rehydate and Restore!

  • Pour 16 ounces of your Living, Structured Water in a glass and drink slowly.  Give yourself time to appreciate the sweet taste and silky~smooth texture of your revitalized water! 
  • Pour the remaining vortexed water into your Voss Water Bottle for future use in Smoothies, Nut/Seed Mylks, and for drinking throughout your day. Remember to consume plenty of pure, living water throughout the day (most people benefit from 3 or more liters each day).
**Important: Use the Essence of Life Minerals only in the morning and early afternoon.  The Essence of Life Minerals provide an energy boost for your day and may provide more energy than you desire for your evening and bedtime. For all other water re-mineralization and revitalization throughout your afternoon and evening: use 14-16 drops of Super-Conductive Ionic Minerals per liter of purified water.

  • Use your Living, Structured water in your Superfood Smoothies to enhance their flavor, hydration, and nutrient absorption.
  • A mineral-rich, alkaline, breakfast blended with Living, Structured Water is a highly energized way to start your day!
  • Experiment with Raw Soup,  Chia Porridge, or Nut/Seed Mylk with your Living, Structured Water too! Use this water in your homemade salad dressings and/or anything that requires water.
