Essential Oil Abdominal Massage for
Cleansing and Detoxification

Therapeutic-Grade essential Oils are some of our most powerful body cleansers!  When we use essential oils topically through abdominal massage, Nature's Living Energies safely and effectively detoxify our cells, tissues, and organs.  Using specific essential oil blends, such as Di-Gize or JuvaFlex, can powerfully cleanse, stimulate, and tonify our organs.  Using essential oils with abdominal massage provides 4 main benefits:

  1. Essential Oils flood our body with oxygen.  Oxygen safely and effectively carries toxins out of our body.
  2. Essential Oils neutralize many toxins, such as accumulated acid wastes, on contact; creating a safer and gentler cleansing process.
  3. Essential oils posses broad-spectrum cleansing properties.  They effectively neutralize and eliminate viruses, bacteria, fungus, and parasites, while also chelating and mobilizing heavy metals and petrochemicals out of our body.
  4. Essential oils posses Divine Intelligence.  They target and eliminate only the pathogenic organisims, while creating an oxygen rich environment for all beneficial probiotic bacteria to flourish and thrive!

We recommend integrating the Essential Oil-Enhanced Abdominal Massage sequence into Phase 2 or Phase 3 of our Divine Radiance Protocols.  Here are step-by-step instructions on how to perform this unique and wonderful massage on yourself, a family member, or a close friend:


Essential Oil Abdominal Massage Instructions


Supplies:  Essential Oil Blends of Di-Gize and Peppermint or JuvaFlex and Peppermint, 1 hand-towel, 1 bath-size towel, a blanket, a pot of hot water, Castor Oil, and your loving touch.

Instructions:
  • Place 14 drops of Di-Gize or JuvaFlex on abdomen.  Lovingly massage the oils into your abdomen using clockwise circular movements for 2-3 minutes.  As you apply and massage the essential oils, say a prayer into your oils such as:
    • "I bless my oils to cleanse, restore, and rejuvenate my body"
    • "I bless my oils to cleanse and purify my liver & gallbladder"
    • "I bless my oils to cleanse and purify my small & large intestine"
    • Spoken-word prayer powerfully enhances this therapy.  Be creative with your prayers... explore different words and feelings that align with your healing and highest good.
  • Deeply feel your prayers in your heart, radiant throughout your hands, and the essential oils will be amplified and directed by your prayer to work more effectively for your body and unique healing process.
  • Follow with 6-8 drops of Peppermint on the abdomen to enhance the therapeutic effects of Di-Gize or JuvaFlex essential Oils.  Peppermint cleanses viruses, bacteria, and parasites, and drives the other essential oils deeper into your cells and organs.  After you apply Peppermint, massage in clockwise circular motions for another minute or two.
  • Now apply 2-3 tablespoons of organic castor oil.  Massage beginning in your lower right abdominal area, using clockwise circles, and move up towards your ribcage, laterally across your navel to your left lower ribcage area, and down to your lower left abdominal region.  Massage your abdomen until the castor oil mostly absorbs (10-15 min - and some oil will remain on the surface). 
  • Your belly may be a little sticky!
  • Place the hand towel in hot water and wring - towel will be hot and wet, but not dripping (this is your hot compress).
  • Place the hand towel directly over the castor oil on your abdomen.
  • Place the large, dry towel over your hot compress.  Gently and Firmly press the dry towel over the hot compress, increasing the connection of the wet hot compress with your skin.
  • Cover your body with a blanket and rest for 20-30 minutes.  Breathe Deeply!  Allow the oils to move into your body and consciously assist your healing and well-being.
We recommend performing the Essential Oil Abdominal Massage in the evening before bed every other day or twice a week to maximize cleansing and detoxification.
